RESTORATION
Reviving the Past: The Art of Furniture Restoration
In the increasingly materialistic world that we live in today, it is so easy to throw out perfectly good furniture and upholstery. Many of us choose to discard a piece of furniture because it has been slightly damaged, has worn out, or might no longer be in pristine condition. However, not only is this highly inefficient from a cost perspective, but it also means wasting valuable and good materials.
There are various reasons why people have taken to restoring furniture over buying something brand new.
Please contact us for a free restoration consultation. Once you have made the initial contact, we will ask for pictures of the piece of furniture you wish to have restored from all sides, or personally come by to have a look. We will then be able to recommend restoration services/techniques and give you an estimated price.
If you are looking to get your furniture restored to it’s former glory, Nettle & Bone Furniture will assist you with this. We offer different services to restore your furniture, these include:
French polishing
Lacquering
Waxing
